The lead story to this issue was written by me and it was titled "Drawn Together." It was unusual in that the characters were all aware that they were comic book characters and even used a giant pencil to draw parts of the pages themselves! It was my tribute to the Chuck Jones Looney Tunes classic, "Duck Amuck," in which Daffy Duck has complete knowledge that he is an animated character and is tormented by a certain long-eared wascally animator!
